Welcome to the Johnson City Dog Park Association's Website.  This is a site dedicated to providing information to the public about the Willow Springs Dog Park located in Johnson City Tennessee.  You will be able to find information on this site about Dog Parks and their benefits, and find out how you can become a member of the park, help by donating, or volunteering.

 

The Johnson City Dog Park Association has created a group for all to join.  We thought this might be a good way for the members to share stories and get to know each other.  We choose Facebook to create this group as so many people are on Facebook.   If you want to join the group you will need to signup for an account which is Free if you don't have one.  Other wise you can click on the banner or HERE to check it out.

The Doggie Easter Treat Seek will be held on Saturday, April 10th  from 11:00am - 2:00pm. Dogs of all sizes are invited to come and hunt for biscuits, treats and prizes at Winged Deer Park Festival Plaza near the lake front.

At the event we'll also have a special doggie cake walk and Easter Bonnet Hat Parade for dogs.  So bring your bonnet, rabbit ears, and fancy collars. 

Registration for the event begins at 10:45 a.m. The cost for each dog to participate is $7. This includes the opportunity for your dog to hunt biscuits, walk in the cake walk, and a free 4x6 photo of your dog printed at the event.

There will be several vendors/sponsors that are geared towards people and their pets at the event.  Our booth space is limited but if you would like to have a booth please contact us at and provide us with your business information.

A Dog Park, or Off-Leash Recreation Area (OLRA), is a fenced, designated area where dogs may legally run, play and socialize with each other "off-leash" under the supervision and voice control of their owners.
