The Friends of Johnson City Dog Park Association (JC DOG PA) is a group if dog owners / lovers and concerned citizens. We have taken the initiative to approach the city regarding forming a dog park for Johnson City. The new park has been approved and developed for Willow Springs Park off Huffine Road.

Mission Statement
To establish a secure, off-leash dog park where well-behaved canine citizens can exercise in a clean, safe environment without endangering or annoying people, property, or wildlife.
To develop a well-maintained open space for dog lovers and friends who were willing to uphold the facility rules. To view this facility as a community project, in partnership with the City of Johnson City, to satisfy the needs of dog owners and non-dog owners alike.
